Do I need any prior experience?? Not at all. These classes are open to everyBODY!
Time: Mondays from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm EST
Location: From the comfort & safety of your home on ZOOM
This class is for active older adults, or those who are looking for a lower-intensity ZUMBA class. Come ready to sweat, have fun and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.

- We will email you the Zoom link 30 minutes before each class begins.
