Take a Yoga Break with Virtual Yoga Classes
Our Gentle Yoga and Meditation classes are the perfect place for beginners and experienced yogis alike! We hold them every Tuesday (January 12th to March 30th) from 8:15 PM to 9:00 PM. After a long day at work, it’s the perfect way to calm down and rejuvenate yourself, right from the comfort and safety of your own home. **If you see this post after these dates, be sure to check our schedule for the latest updates.
In this online yoga class, Ciara will lead you through a practice of meaningful movement made up of grounded flows and static poses. By letting your breath guide you, you can centre yourself and find a sense of ease, maybe for the first time yet in 2021! We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a few blocks, a pillow, and a blanket!
Gentle Yoga and Meditation costs $120 plus HST for the full 12 weeks, or you can drop in any class you like for $12. You also have the option of picking up our Unlimited Monthly Classes for $110 plus HST. With this pass, you can join any dance, fitness, meditation, or yoga class whenever you want! We will send you a Zoom link 30 minutes before the class, so you have lots of time to get your at-home set up ready to go! **After winter 2021, check for the most recent pricing and registration updates.
Zoom and Yoga – Virtual Yoga Classes Available Online!
While there are lots of video fitness programs out there, they don’t offer what we do here at Dance With Alana: personal instruction.
We aren’t pre-recording and broadcasting our classes. Rather, we are right there alongside you! Using Zoom, we can monitor your progress, provide you with corrections, and guide you through a yoga or meditation practice that can help you take control back of your life and your fitness! That’s an essential part of improving your practice and it’s also so gratifying to still have that personal human connection. Without live feedback, you might be doing the poses incorrectly, or maybe even putting a strain on yourself that could result in injury. Come Zoom with us!
